Pythagoradiant was performed at the Edward Day Gallery, Toronto, in the spring of 2010 by The Radiant Brass Ensemble: Doug Tielli (trombone), Heather Segger (trombone), Tom Richards (trombone), Scott Thomson (trombone), Nicole Rampersaud (trumpet), Nicolas Buligan (trumpet), others.
Pythagoradiant was composed for a performance as part of an opening of an art how by John Oswald. The members of the Radiant Brass Ensemble moved separately around the Edward Day Gallery while playing held tones. I remember something about the players playing back overtones of pitches played by another ensemble members. Beyond that, I can’t recall too much, and I cannot find the score.
